Fitness Center at SCSU

Today before class, I went to the fitness center trying to get some information on how to become a member.  I was also interested on learning how can maintain a health weight. I promise myself that I would attend at less one class every week. If a student would want to get a membership it is about $ 60 for a semester, or $120 for the whole school year. The gym is also available for students living or working on campus during winter break or summer vacation. Fitness hours are Monday-Thursday: 7am-10pm, Friday 7am-8pm, Saturday 9:30am-4:30pm, and Sunday 2 pm-7pm. Throughout the semester, you can take some group fitness classes that will help you improve endurance, strength, and flexibility. I promise myself I would attend at less one of those classes every week.
