this Semester it over

If you take a look at the word “college” in the dictionary it will state { noun- an institution of higher learning, especially one providing a general or liberal arts education rather than technical or professional training}(dictionary.com). The word college means more to me than ever. College is the place where I learn to grow not only as a person but as a student, College It the place where I was the student and as well as the teacher. The place you would need to learn some survival skills real fast. To tell you the truth I got a second chance on life. I’m going to talk about what i learn from the first semester of college. First how I got to call myself a college student in one month and a week, second the way some professor work. Let’s began.

        I use to think not everyone was made for college.  College has taught me a lot about myself and my surrounding in life. Even though SEOP convinced me I belonged in college, there are still things about it I don’t understand for example, professors I don’t understand then and will never do. When they say something they mean something else. Some professors don’t give you homework but when it comes to take the quiz you wish you paid attention those past classes. that was one of the struggles with knowing what to include while taking notes.
     One thing I would change about my first semester is I should of try harder than I did. Focus on more important things thing the point less things. I know I could have done better then right now. Next semester it’s my turn to be in the library every day doing homework.  The books are going to be my best friends. I would also like to make some new friends as the years go by. Friends that are in my major that I can also relate to. Well you have it I talked about things I learned from the first semester of college.one thing i would take away with me to the next semester is professor are human just like me. you dont have to be scared to talk to then..
